RANKEN ENERGY CORPORATION

Pinnacle Prospect Drilling Program

Introduction

Ranken Energy Corporation is pleased to announce our Pinnacle Prospect Drilling Program. This program is located in Garvin County in south-central Oklahoma (See Project Area Map) and involves one prospect, the Pinnacle "A" Prospect, a wildcat drilling to 12,500 feet to test apparent porosity zones within the Arbuckle and the Reagan Sand.

The Arbuckle is essentially an unexplored frontier in Garvin County, Oklahoma. We researched scout tickets for a 20 Township area around our prospect and found just 5 wells that drilled to the Reagan Sand, even though the Arbuckle is productive a few miles away. The Cottonwood Creek field and the Healdton fields both produce from the Arbuckle and are within 45 miles of the Prospect and the S.E. Hoover and N.E. Butterly fields are within 22 miles of the prospect and also produce from the Arbuckle. The Cottonwood Creek field, for example, has produced in excess of 8,200,000 BO and 10 BCFG. One of the wells in this field had an IP of 2,400 BOPD and 1,300 MCFGPD.

Using modern seismic modeling techniques (See Synthetic Seismogram) we believe we have identified zones of porosity within the Arbuckle. (See Sample Seismic Line) We recently drilled into a seismic anamoly of this type in our Little Chief well and found porosity as predicted by the seismic data and modeling. We analyzed the seismic data associated with our Harvey #1-26 Arbuckle dry hole and learned, after the fact, the data predicted we would find no porosity. (See Harvey seismic line.)

Our intent is to re-enter a wellbore drilled in 1998 that went to 7,400 feet. We will deepen this well to 12,500'. The proposed location is defined by proprietary 3-D seismic data that demonstrates a  300 acre Arbuckle Horst with an apparent 1500' of relief. (See Reagan Sand Time Structure Map.) The identified Arbuckle Horst could ultimately yield over 2,000,000 BO from zones of porosity within the horst. (See Arbuckle Anomolies & Reagan Sand Structure Map).

Expected total program reserves to be developed in Ranken Energy's Pinnacle Prospect Drilling Program could be in the range of 2,000,000 BO and 1.0 BCFG. In addition, should we be successful in finding zones of porosity, the partners in this project will have first right of refusal on the same terms in five additional prospects we have identified with similar characteristics.

This program is supported by numerous maps, logs, detailed geologic information and economic analysis.  If you would like additional information, please contact us at the postal address or email address on our Contact page or phone 405-340-2363.
