As members of the energy industry, we take risks daily to find the energy needed by our society. We take those risks because we believe we will be rewarded if successful, but we are also knowledgeable scientists and engineers... and we are not short-sighted. We are truly concerned as to how our grandchildren and their children will power their societies. Hydrocarbon energy is a limited resource and will ultimately run out.
